ISO 45001: la struttura del Final Draft (FDIS)
La norma ISO 45001 ha raggiunto la fase di FDIS (Final Draft International Standard).
Il 30 novembre scorso, il Final Draft è stato rilasciato per l'avvio del ballot, che si concluderà il 25 gennaio 2018.
La ISO 45001, il nuovo standard internazionale sui sistemi di gestione per la salute e sicurezza sul lavoro, dovrebbe essere pubblicata a marzo 2018, in caso di esito positivo del ballot sul FDIS (per maggiori dettagli >> Ultimi aggiornamenti sulla pubblicazione della ISO 45001).
Abbiamo già illustrato in un precedente articolo quali sono gli obiettivi della ISO 45001, come essa si basi sulla High Level Structure e sul ciclo PDCA, oltre ad aver approfondito la struttura del DIS2.
Vediamo ora qual è la struttura del Final Draft della norma e quali sono le principali differenze rispetto a quella del DIS2.
La struttura del FDIS ISO 45001

Differenze tra la struttura del FDIS ISO 45001 e quella del DIS2
Analizzando l'indice del FDIS ISO 45001 rispetto al DIS 2, notiamo alcune modifiche ai punti norma.
Di seguito riassumiamo le principali differenze:
- il sottocapitolo “8.1.4 Outsourcing” è diventato “8.1.4 Procurement”: il paragrafo è stato ristrutturato chiarendo che “procurement” include “outsource” e “contractor”. Ne consegue, inoltre, che i punti 8.1.5 e 8.1.6, presenti nel DIS 2, non ci sono nel FDIS, poichè integrati nel 8.1.4 ;
- è stata migliorata la definizione di lavoratore, per lasciare spazio alle nuove modalità di lavoro (shared work etc);
- il concetto “rischi ed opportunità” è stato chiarito ulteriormente, migliorando la distinzione tra “OH&S risk and opportunities” e “risk and opportunities”.
